Use of the Service
You agree to use ClearVault products lawfully and in a way that does not disrupt the apps, website, or related services.
App-Specific Functionality
Trade Vault, Study Vault AI, Screenshot Vault, and Momentum Vault each have different features, data flows, and product behavior. App-specific privacy details are provided in the relevant privacy policy for each app.
User Content
Where an app allows you to create, upload, or store content, you remain responsible for that content and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use it.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Paid features and subscriptions, where applicable, may be offered through Apple or other platform providers and are subject to the relevant store terms.
No Guarantee
The apps and website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ClearVault and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or apps.
Changes
These terms may be updated over time. Continued use after changes may indicate acceptance of the revised version.
